Resurrection

The "Rising Up".

These paintings depict the resurrection of the soul. They are based on themes of death to life, the mortal to the immortal and being set free from the ensnaring corruptions of this broken world. Some show more of the light than the darkness; others focus on the entanglements that are finally and fully broken before the freedom of life everlasting.
